'Second Friday' comes to Berlin:
Downtown Berlin will be open for shoppers and diners every 2nd Friday of the month. Most shops will be open till 8pm while dining and music adventures will continue into the night. Outdoor concerts will be presented from 5-8pm on Pitts St & Main, and Open Mic Night returns at the Water's Edge Gallery (Main & Jefferson). |

Entitled: Income Tax Credit for New Restaurants in Arts and Entertainment Districts.
Synopsis: Providing a credit against the State income tax for a taxpayer that opens and operates a restaurant in an arts and entertainment district under specified circumstances; providing a limited duration for the credit providing for a reduction of the allowable amount of the credit over 5 years; providing for the carryover of specified unused credit under specified circumstances; defining terms; etc.
